Is that cost of living for you only? So it's for 1 person, not a family. Right?

Why did you choose Warsaw?

It's the most boring big city in Poland

You can choose Wrocław, where you have mountains in 1h by car, and you have Berlin & Prague in 4h by car/bus. With lower costs of living, but with good infrastructure, less traffic & closer to the Western Europe.

Or you can choose Kraków, with even bigger mountains nearby, with great hisotry city, and also lower prices in comparison with Warsaw.

The same with Gdansk, where you'll have the sea.

I can't get why people choose Warsaw.

It's a big city with people from everywhere. Top restaurants, bars, clubs, museums, etc. I can access all of them daily/weekly with ease, just by walking around from my apartment in the center. There's just more to do in the city than in Poland other's smaller cities. I also like like the hustle and bustle / NYC-like vibe and it's a good place for networking.

I don't care too much about mountains: 1. I have them in Zurich, 2. if it was for me I guess I'd visit them once per month or less (whereas the other things mentioned above, I make use of them daily).

Makes sense if you prefer hustle atmosphere with NYC-like vibes. That's exactly what I hate in that city :D

Coming from the hustle city myself, now I prefer cities with 600k-1.2 million citizens, like Wrocław, instead of Warsaw.

Thanks for your notes
