In May 2024 I started a Coaching Program to help engineers in Europe:

After its success in terms of people reviews and my enjoyment in carrying out the program, I’m now launching a new edition.

The new edition of the program has 2 curricula
Full Version at 800 EUR/month
Lightweight Version at 500 EUR/month
Program outline for the Full Version
Program Structure:
Two 1:1, 45 minutes call with me every month;
A 1 hour group call with me and the other participants every month (if it’s more than 5 participants, the call will be of 2 hours. The program is limited to a maximum of 10 participants);
Async discussions on Telegram (text messages and voice notes) to make sure you're not blocked in following up with the advice I give you.
Access to my network, conditional on me having a clear picture of your skills and profile.
Professional CV and LinkedIn reviews.
Referrals to big tech companies, high-paying startups and top Swiss firms, conditional on me having a clear picture of your skills and profile.
Creation of a plan A, plan B and plan C for your career’s next step.
Knowledge transfer around Tech Careers in Europe, Big Tech, Switzerland, Remote Work, Life Optimisation, Taxation and Relocation.
The usual timeline is as follows:
Understand and better define your goals and constraints;
Create short-term and mid/long-term strategies to achieve your goals;
Improve your CV and LinkedIn;
Interview prep;
Applications;
Help in management and scheduling of the interviews, as well as negotiating your offers.
Optimise your finances and lifestyle taking into account: geo-arbitrage, taxation, investments, etc.
Depending on your particular case, some of the above bullet-points will be skipped (in case you’re not interested in them). And the amount of time spent in each will also vary on your specific needs.

Program outline for the Lightweight Version
To make the program more accessible, I am also offering a lightweight version at 500 EUR/month.
The program is the same as the 800 EUR/month version, with the only differences of:
One 1:1 call per month instead of two;
Slightly reduced bandwidth for async communication: still possible to communicate with me on Telegram on a regular basis, and still offline work on my end regarding CV/LinkedIn review, networking on your behalf with recruiting agencies or engineers in big tech, etc — but at a reduced intensity compared to the full-price program.
Recommendation on which version to choose
I recommend the Full Version to people who:
Can afford it
Care about getting results sooner
Are able to put in regular work on their end (interview prep, CV/LinkedIn iterations, etc)
Wants to speedup the onboarding process of the program (getting to know each other, defining goals, reviewing CV/LinkedIn etc) for a few months before switching to the lightweight version
I recommend the Lightweight Version to someone who:
Can afford 500 EUR/month but would struggle with 800 EUR/month
Can dedicate time on a weekly or bi-weekly basis to their up-levelling, but not on a daily/weekly basis
Isn’t in a rush to get concrete results, but still wants to make progress and achieve something tangible and significant in less than 6 months
